Going regularly to a gym with four kids in tow is not an easy experience, but Tristen was determined to FEEL healthy, both body and mind again, thanks to much encouragement from her sister Tara. I was so sad I was in Cleveland on the day of her Fashion Show, but she had a great support system from Tiffany, Tara, Kim, Dad, Kourtney and her cute future model daughter, Pyper.
