TRIATHAMOM

This year in August, our four  amazing  daughters, Tiffany, Tara, Tristen and Telisa decided
to participate in mommy triathlon .  They swam, biked and ran a 5K all together!!
One for all and all for one!!
 I have to say I was a pretty proud mama!!  In my life I could never imagine having the strength
 or stamina to perform anything a kin to this, so I shed a few tears witnessing our daughters
giving their all for this event, really giving their all for each other!!
On the back of their calves,
 they wrote Kat's Girls!!!  You girls gave me a tremendous gift that day.
